February 2009 - It's not all black and white

I've got a bit of fatigue this month from the 50+ day bus strike that meant either a long journey to my day job, or hopping a ride with colleagues going my way. During those drives in and back, we talked, we debated, and we challenged each other's point of view. Talking with these colleagues about many subjects during our commutes in provoked a particular thought process that I've been examining for the last week or so.

As we debated and discussed various topics (especially the bus strike), I again realized how much spin is used to present a side of things, a point of view. Who is telling the truth? The news papers? The radio shows? The politicians or union representatives? I realized that all is not black and white. There's a lot of grey in our world. So, here is my short study on the greyage.
